Well, yeah, I guess it was a tortuous act.

Lori Drew took a devious, circuitous path using MySpace to... oh, you mean tortious....

So, Ann, that CLEARLY means that Drew is TOTALLY INNOCENT of wrongdoing. After all, the jury said so!

I find MySpace to be a tremendously crappy site, but two of my kids have accounts as do many of their friends. From what browsing I've done, it appears that most are in obvious violation of the terms of use agreement, sometimes quite wildly so.

This raises the question that if MySpace doesn't enforce the terms of service for most users, do they cease to be actionable beyond terminating a user's account?
