How come you chicken out Althouse when your challenged on your suppose expertise, the law?

You never defended that second rate constitutional hack Edwin Chemerinsky, you just claimed he was great and left it that and now there is no defense of your ridiculous claim that Breyer and Ginsburgh are "fine jurists" when it has been pointed out, by me, that they're senile hacks.
How come no defense with specifics?
Your the "professor", you should be able to do it in your sleep.

PS Where did you get your PHD anyway? College degree?
Thanks

Tall buildings stacked against the sky,
That solid geometry,
In ranks so close, the walls, the planes:
Why does it please to see?

Beautiful photography,Ann. It reminds me of the many, many times I sat at plane windows around the world on take-offs and landings.

Annie dear, I aint got no hair. And I generally did not fly U.S. Airlines.
How about Japan Airlines or Thai Airlines or...my memories bad in my old age.

Ann - you're in a generous mood: I wouldn't have said that he amounted to 1 (whole) person. He seems a few sandwiches short of a picnic...

I'm trying to link to this post and I can't find the unique url. Help!

Terry, it's http://althouse.blogspot.com/2007/11/friday-night.html

Simon, thanks. How did you know that? I couldn't find anything to click on

Terry, it's in the address bar - or in the alternative, if you right click on the link on the frontpage that says something akin to "X comments" and select "copy link" (the wording varies dependent on browser) that'll give you the same thing.

Click on the time where it says: "posted by Ann Althouse at 4:04 PM." "4:04 PM" is a hot link, and then the URL for the post is in the address bar.

Thanks, all. Got it working. But why doesn't Blogger have a permalink button? Why do I have to guess that the time is a permanent link? I'm used to clicking on the title of the post. That seems to work on mine.

Next I'll try to figure out why I can't copy and paste Ann's photos or bring them in via a link to liven up my blog. Since I'm too lazy to take pictures I have to steal from others.

Terry, just click on the picture, which takes you to the Flickr page, then click on "all sizes" above the picture.
